I created Hard Disk 2 as a Dynamic Disk. When I launch the machine I only have the single virtual "C" drive available. Set the boot entry for the VHD as the default boot entry. The files are there on the hyper-v hard drive but i suspect they are just created by windows as they are written and are not valid.
