Unfortunately we still receive reports about problems with the new certificate, resulting in an error message. That enables Servoy developers to sync data with Google and from there to many other clients such as an iPhone. This fix, however, made it necessary to require Java 8 now. Loading a client with components signed with the expired certificate will receive a warning that can be dismissed. With the Fusion Table support it is possible to create and query Fusion tables right from with Servoy.

The new version adds caching of Google accounts for better performance and to prevent Google from supescting attacks if too many connections are made. We are proud to announce the immediate availabilty of our new Google plugin for Servoy.
Users can then choose to always trust components from Servoy-Plugins. The libraries in the updated servo should not suffer from that anymore. The installer using the expired certificate will be back online in the next few days.

Since our certificate is self-signed, users will be presented with a dialog asking wether they trust the downloaded jars. All of our plugins and beans are now signed with an official certificate.
